Stretch class, as the name suggests, is all about setting aside dedicated time to stretch your muscles. My stretching class focuses on using the breath to prolong and deepen your stretching practice. Each class focuses on an area of the body with select poses that are held. This allows your mind to entirely focus on each movement and explore both the weaknesses and strengths of your body.
